Vintage preppy nautical theme pleated midi skirt with elastic waist band. Flowy straight silhouette to A-line; flat waist with darting that turns to pleats after hips. Some of these hip seams have some small runs from pulling (see pics), only noticeable from close inspection and the integrity of the seams is good. Stretches between 33" to 40" waist. High waisted. Brand is high end designer Lilli Ann Collections and Made in USA with union label. No materials or size tag. Lightweight thin matte silky materials with no stretch that is machine washable.
