Aqua mint green chiffon beaded evening gown with long sleeves with a low waist dropped waist and draped hips to layers of angled chiffon. There is a stretchy lining in the skirt that continues from the fabric of the bodice. It is a pull over with no closure, but bodice fabric and lining is stretchy. Beading is actually glitter circles arranged in an abstract swirly pattern. Some of the glitter has not survived as much as others so it gives a sort of gradient effect, but not noticeable as missing without close inspection.
