Vantage Point Of View Skirt SZ 8. Measures 34” in length. Waist measures 13” laying flat. There is no content tag, but it feels to be cotton. The front features 8 Embossed Gold Tone Buttons 4 of which are functional and the other 4 are for decorative purposes only. Also has a slider button on the inside. The front also has 2 pleats on either side of the Gold tone buttons. This is a beautiful vintage skirt. I cannot find any flaws.
