Vintage Polk a dot cream dress

This vintage different color polka dot dress from my grandmas closet feels like a high quality polyester and could be silk but not positive. It’s a cream color with black and gold polka dots. The long sleeves puff a bit with boat neck style and bow. Button up front top with fully lined too and skirt. All one piece and unique 70’s chic. Fits women’s size 6-8. Needs a good dry clean some slight imperfections that need cleaning but over all good quality.
