Vintage Polka Dot Dress

We thrifted this dress a few years ago, and neither one of us ever ended up wearing it! It's a super cute polka dot pattern on top, with a solid black skirt, elasticized wait, and cute black satin tie on the back. There is a small tear on the back, shown in the fourth picture, but it's not noticeable when worn.
