Vintage Polkadot & Stripe Dress by Howard Wolf

I love the puffy sleeves and the combination of polka dots and stripes on this vintage dress by Howard Wolf. I think this one is either 100% cotton or a cotton poly blend. It doesn't say on the tag. No tag size but I would estimate it as a small or perhaps a smaller medium. Please see measurements below. Pull over style with elastic waist and the elastic is good. Measurements Armpit to armpit - 17" - 18" Because of the gathering, there is a little give. Elastic waist - 10" unstretched and will stretch comfortably to 14" Hips - free The dress is almost perfect, but I did find a couple of not so obvious signs of wear. 1. There is some dirt on the inside of the collar. I have gently laundered this, and it didn't go away, but I didn't treat it with any spot cleaners. 2. There are 2 faint stains in the striped area in back near the hem. Not very noticeable at all, but they are there so I mention them.
