Vintage Polyester Ruffle Blouse.

Hardly worn. Likely 70’s maybe 80’s. Very soft. Perfect for a medium, would be a little snugger on a large person. Gorgeous blue. Great tucked into a pencil skirt! Small pin hole in right sleeve. Could be mended easily.
