Vintage Popken Avant Garde Casual Skirt with Pockets. Brown.

I love this very cool skirt. I have one in purple too I’m going to keep. This is a very old Ulla Popken skirt. Huge generous pockets, mid button opening front and back. Cinch ties to raise the skirt on either side. Warning: There is no size tag, but I’ve worn this as a size 18 myself. Very hip. I can totally see this with the right boots and jacket. Plus Sizes
