Vintage Porcelain Divided Warming Bowl Dish Uncle Wiggily Nursery Rhyme.

Delightful young person's porcelain divided bowl attached to a metal warm water holder complete with screw on decorative figural finial and collapsible handles on either side. This sweet little bowl is designed to keep the victuals at an appetizing temperature. Inside design is a cast of nursery rhyme characters - Uncle Wiggily and Grandpa Goosey Gander and friends. Bowl measures 6" diameter x 2" depth. Marked Farberware on the metal bottom. Condition: Nice condition free of cracks & chips; shows crazing and yellowing of the porcelain from use. The nursery rhyme characters are still vivid and intact. The Farberware metal is in sound condition with naturally occuring cosmetic usage wear such as scratches and including a ding to the bottom, please see photo #10. This is a very old piece from the 20's in perfect working order. It's rare to see the finial in such good shape.
