Vintage Porcelain Lace Doll Figurine Yellow Flowers Victorian Dress Vig Signed

Vintage Porcelain Lace Doll Figurine Hand Painted with little Yellow Flowers on her Victorian Style Dress. There is a signature on the bottom that reads “Vig”, but I don’t know if that is the artist or not. There is a pink coloring on the dolls back on the lace part and there are some speckles on the porcelain body area on shoulders and neck. Its base is a pink color. The lace is stiff which is how these types of dolls were made. She has all her fingers and there are no chips or cracks. See pictures for condition.
