Vintage Portrait Petite red women’s long wool coat size L

This Vintage Portrait Petite red women’s long wool coat is a head turner! Very nice quality, lining in perfect condition and wool outer also in excellent condition. The design is very unique with rounded shoulder pads and flowy sleeves. There is a seam on the underside of the right arm that is starting to come undone, but I’m sure it’s an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing 😅 otherwise there are no stains, odors, tears or obvious wear. 45 inch long body 20 inch long sleeve I say this is size 10 because of the way it fits on me. I’m 5 ft 6 inches and 160 lbs. I feel like I have plenty of room in the coat, not restricted at all but that it’s also not too big on me. As seen in the picture the back has that gorgeous belt with the button. I feel like the button hits kinda low on me. So although this says petite I actually think it would fit great on someone slightly taller than I am (although maybe that’s just the design 🤷🏻‍♀️) Any other measurements or details you might want?
