Vintage Potage 1970's Kaftan Dress w/Hood Prairie Cottage Black Floral S Flawed!

Vintage dress with HOOD 1970 1980 kaftan caftan hippie Potage cotton boho bohemian hippy prairie cottage size small-See Measurements-Size and Fabric Tag are missing Amazing Dress with multiple flaws-NEEDS TLC-I can't sew, but maybe you can. Problems are all photographed-One sleeve needs to be sewn back --The Hood also needs to be sewn Back up and the Front needs sewing as well-see 8th and 9th photo-That can probably be cut and not fixed-but that's up to you. Sizing done by an app-PIcture in the listing-if you need it remeasured or measured by hand please let me know. Feel free to ask Questions
