Vintage Powder Blue Blouse

Reposhing this blouse I purchased from @comely_home. It is sooo lovely but a bit to snug on me! A vintage powder blue / periwinkle blouse. Has ruching at the front, a cowl neck, and buttons at the back of the neck. Truly lovely ✨label says size 6, fits like an XS or S. Has what looks like a small pen mark on the collar, please see second to last picture. Also has a very faint spot, please see last picture. Otherwise good used condition.
