Vintage Powder Blue Jackie O Dress

Vintage light blue dress. Reminds me of Jacqueline Kennedy's style. Small shoulder pads. Belt IS included. Peri Petites is the brand, but the dress is long on me, and I am 5'7. Comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home. Measurements flat: 17.5/11.5 (waist has elastic)/17. Total length: 41.5. Small stain on back of one of the arms (pictured).
