Vintage pastel blue wool blend dress. Small shoulder pads, and belt is included. The metal buttons up the skirt have a really unique and cool design. Peri Petites brand. Made in USA. Despite being a "petite" brand, the dress has a good length (see measurements below). Size tag is 10. In great vintage condition. Small stain on back of one of the arms (pictured).
