Hey what’s going on with that one twisted strap? Does it untwist, is it just how the bag is sitting? Or is it a defect?

@leleroe_ I think maybe one of the straps was reattached and it’s just a flaw from that. I can untwist it, but the other side of the strap turns a little. I’ll try and post another picture.
