supb They are. Im supposed to be buying special stability shoes anyway. :p My spine is bad, so i stopped wearing heels. But i rolled my foot one too many times just walking, and my muscles gave out, and i broke my foot. Walking. So ive slready sold all my cutest shoes yrs ago, the ones in my closet are some of the last.

supb Yeah it stinks. Ive got a few in that style. But my ankle just rolls by itself at the worse possible times. In my teens & 20s, i was wearing platforms, 3-4" heels. I had a 5" that was awesome but i didnt wear them too much. My neck was bad by then, i just didnt know how bad. But the podiatrist took my sketchers sneakers, bent them in half & said, if your shoe is flexible its not supportive enough.
