Vintage Pretense speckled top with fancy neckline

Vintage, gently used, bought it with the cinched wrist parts already out of elastic. Says it’s a size 11 but anyone with a chest larger than a C cup will have a hard time buttoning the BACK of this blouse! It’s helpful to have a helper to button this up for you. :)
