Zebra black and white Open front top feather (not actually feather) Fuzzy boa cuff and neckline collar, size medium. Fuzzy accent lining is not completely attached on one side towards bottom, needs a stitch (see photo). Front has tie string. Vintage, purchased in 1990s. No flaws to fabric. Measurements flat: Length 26 inches. Shoulder to shoulder 15.5 inches. Armpit to armpit 21 inches. Waist 18 inches.
