Vintage Princess Peggy dress S

This princess Peggy vintage dress has no size tags on it. But I would say it has a size 6 waist. It has a nice, crispy cotton and a great variegated blue color. It has a metal zipper…. V-neck in the back. Crazy unique pattern. It’s an excellent condition except for some marks on it that I took pictures of. The larger rust spot is on the front bottom hem. And the other small rust stain is on the back armhole area.
