Vintage Printed Vest - Size 14

Bought vintage but haven’t worn! This is a women’s size 14 but this would look great as an oversized vest on a women’s size Small/Medium. I am a small and love the look of it unbuttoned over a black turtle neck or something similar! 28” from top of shoulder to bottom of hem. 23” from the widest part (right under the armpit) but it falls nicely and isn’t too boxy as oversized fit.
