Vintage Prom/Wedding dress

I am selling a dress that has been used only once in the 1980's and stored away safely but never used since. it belonged to my mother and she told me to sell it or use it for scrap fabric, id like to possibly give it to somebody for an event. It is a gorgeous dress but it will need to be dry cleaned before worn again. Waist size is 24 inches dress's waist measures 11.5in flat
