Vintage Puff Sleeve Button Down Blouse

Beautifully cut vintage button down with slightly puffy sleeves. See third photo for pattern & button details. This hangs so nicely on the body, tailors in just a bit at the waist without being super fitted. This is perfect for work or even for a renaissance faire! Just selling because it's a bit too big for me. Has shoulder pads that can easily be cut out if you decide you don't want them. No size tag but I would say it fits like a petite medium, maybe a petite large if you want it to be a bit more fitted. Measurements available upon request.
