Vintage Puffed Sleeve Silver Eyelet Dress XS

Vintage puffed sleeve dress in gray silver eyelet satin-like material. Im guessing 1980’s Dress appears to be hand made and has no makers mark or tag Fully lined in the same material as outer part of dress. Fits like an XS, zipper works but is not zipped up in photos because the dress form is too big for it. Has an attached sash that clasps with hooks and threaded eyes. Measurements taken flat : Waist 13” Bust 15” ( would probably fit a 32” bust) Shoulders about 14” Sleeve length 15” Hip 20” Length 40” Great vintage condition though has some discoloration spots which you can see an example of in photos. Doesn’t seem to be distracting and not uncommon in older clothing.
