Vintage Queens Way to Fashion Nylon Lace Nightgown

Gorgeous nightgown with lace & bow detailing down the front with same lace detailing on the shoulders and the cap sleeves and at the bottom hemline. This is vintage but I am unsure of its age. To me it looks as though it came from the 1950's or early 1960's but I am not for sure on that at all. Tag reads Made in the USA.
