@autumnzoee Hi there! Thank you for your question. This one is tricky as the exact age and region of origin of these super cute mugs isn't 100% known. I would not be comfortable taking a hard yes or no on this.
What I would suggest is doing some more research (links below) and see what you're comfortable with in any product to help make your decision. More below!

That said, the colored glaze on the outside has no chips or cracks meaning the curing fire process has sealed the glaze. Less potential for particles to cross into drinks or food.
These are not stamped but I've seen other listings with the same mugs stating Made in Japan which has different regulations than the U.S. The U.S. really started monitoring lead in home goods and paints in the 1970s so anything made prior could have higher levels that was is “acceptable” to today’s standards.
