Vintage RARE 1920s 1930s Childs Emerald Green Velvet Dress with Mirror Buttons

Such an adorable piece for a little child up to maybe a 3 year old. Please see photo with measuring tape for visualization on size.This luxurious emerald green velvet is so soft. The skirt even has a built in pocket! Buttons up the back with the most wonderful mirror buttons. The sleeves are slightly bell shaped too - so dreamy! If this was in an adult size I would totally keep it! Possibly for the 1920s (antique) or 30s. Measurements: Chest: up to 21 inches Waist: up to 25 inches Hips: open size Length: 27 inches Sleeve length: 10 inches Good vintage condition - Some overall wear, but for its age it really is in good shape. Though remember its OLD and likely delicate. It looks as though the hem has been restitched at some point. Some minor marks and crushing to velvet. Some wear to velvet too. Some loose threads that don’t seem to impact wear. Interior link t shows some wear. I would say this is probably best not to be actually worn by a child, but better for a museum or collections given the age. Minor wear to mirror buttons
