Vintage RARE 70’s NIP UNUSED UNCUT Vogue Paris Chloe sewing pattern #1903 size 8

This Paris Original was selected by Vogue Patterns from the Designer's collection, then translated line-for-line into pattern form. I couldn’t find a date on the package but I believe it’s from the 70’s.
