Vintage RARE Fleur de Paris Silk Dress with Burnt Floral Velvet Neckline

Vintage 1990's RARE Fleur de Paris black and dusty grey silk dress with burnt floral velvet trim. A VERY Practical Magic dress!! I love this boho piece. By designer Fleur de Paris, this is a silk dress in a lightweight, airy distressed "antique" black and dusty grey. Features a flowy burnt velvet floral panel at the front with a lovely draped neckline and floral appliques and embroidery. Ties at the back of the waist with attached ties. Asymmetrical hemline that is longer in the back for a lovely bit of flow when walking. Pullover style with no zippers or closures. Unlined. Has shoulder pads.
