Vintage RARE JCPenney Crewel 70s Embroidered Sewing Notions Jewelry Trinket Box

This gorgeous 1970s vintage jewelry/trinket/sewing/cosmetic box was made for JCPenney in Japan, showcasing a lovely cottagecore aesthetic. The exterior is covered in green linen burlap-textured fabric and adorned with beautiful yarn embroidered flowers, creating a charming, antique look. The lid is lined with deep red quilted satin fabric, adding a touch of elegance. It comes with the original lightweight plastic tray on the top, perfect for organizing smaller items. This piece is in good vintage condition, with some minor signs of age and use. The bottom has a couple of stains, and the interior shows some scratches on the red satin lining. Please refer to the pictures for details. It is currently filled with vintage embroidery thread and needles, which I am happy to include.
