Vintage RARE MMA BMCo 24K Gold Plated Crux Ansata Pierced Earrings

Please read full description and see all pictures before submitting your offer. Today for your consideration we have a vintage pair of earrings by Metropolitan Museum of Art. These beautiful earrings were made for MMA Egyptian Revival Crux Ansata collection. These pierced hook earrings are plated in 24K brush gold. They are marked MMA BMCo. Earrings are in excellent condition. Earrings measure 1 3/4" H x 3/4" L. Earrings are light and will not be uncomfortable on your ears. These earrings were tested for gold and it appears the wire post have the most gold content. The test proved postive 14K for the wire but there are no markings, it will also be classified at gold plating. The crux and attached metal is completely gold plating.
