This is a beautiful , dark navy blue dress by REISS. It is 51% viscose and 41% elastin,Made in Romania.In good clean condition. Shoulder to shoulder across bag measures 14 inches. Sleeve is 11.5 inches. Pit to pit across front lying flat is 17 inches. Super pretty and so great to wear so many different ways! Thank you so much for looking!
