Vintage R.O.C. Knee Length Puffer Coat

This vintage puffer is so rad, I’m pretty obsessed! It has a detachable button-on hood, it zips up and also buttons at top and bottom, the hood ties to keep it closed, and it has some really lovely wavy stitch work and puffed striping. There are a few light spots that aren’t really noticeable, but I’ve pictured them.
