Vintage Rabbit and Fox Fur Coat

I love this coat but it's too small for me. It has a beautiful fluffy fox fur collar and the rest is rabbit, which is luxuriously soft and as far this fur lover can tell in excellent condition as is the liner and pockets. It's been stored lovingly in a cotton bag with natural cedar and moth traps in the closet for added protection. I'm guessing it's from the 1970's with the double breasted style leather buttons and tie closure at waist. The middle button is missing and the elastic that goes over the button is also broken but an easy fix, especially if you move one of the non operable buttons over. All of this is visible in the photos provided. No brand or size tags, but would fit an XS-S. Measurements shown in photos. Reasonable offers always welcome 😊
