Vintage Radcliffe black floral button front midi skirt

Adorable vintage skirt from Radcliffe. Black background with little pink, purple, and yellow flowers all over. It has buttons down the front, stretchy waistband in the back, and comes to right above the ankle. Great vintage condition with no stains or holes. Tag says medium but please see measurements Waist-16” without stretch Length-35”
