Vintage Rafaello Bettini Made in Italy blue teal knit thick handmade skirt

Raffaello Bettini Knit Crochet blue/teal skirt In good pre-owned condition. Soft, thick, and beautiful. Appears to have been knitted or crocheted entirely, I don't see any sewing. Is soft and has stretch and movement but does appear to be made for someone with a very small waist. It measures 11" flat and pulls easily to 12".
