Vintage Rain Coat Penny’s Brand Circa 1960-1970s

This is a pretty cool vintage rain coat bright yellow. It has all its buttons. Is missing it’s belt and the tag inside is slightly frayed. Coat has that rain slicker feel. It has a really cool quilted texture. Please message me for additional details or information. Tag says size 12.
