Outer fabric is 100% silk (more velvety than gauzy, feels like an incredibly soft cotton), the liner is acetate. waist at top of skirt is 32 inches and should fit right below ribcage. length of skirt is 48.5 inches. zipper extends 7 inches from the top and the width of the skirt is 44 inches at the very bottom of the zipper.
