This Vintage 90s Rampage Floral Romper is in very good, gently worn condition. It is a size 3 and 100% Rayon. Tag says Dry Clean. It is sleeveless with a V neckline, button front, loose and flowy bottom shorts and a strappy detail in the back. Check measurements for a good fit. I think this could fit a size XS-Small/3.
