summer2483 Has the hem been taken up on the bottom? Is there Lilly lace in the hem?

dougherty90 @summer2483 I honestly don’t remember if I had it shortened — I bought it about 20 years ago. There isn’t any lace on the hem of the skirt or the lining. Thanks!
