Vintage Rare Maxan Taffeta Rainbow Stripe Circle Skirt Maxi Dress size 4

Original vintage 1940's to 1950's rainbow stripe maxi dress by Maxan This dress is unique, rare and fabulous in a vivid rainbow diagonal stripe taffeta It has a wide pointed collar that opens to a v-neck, button up front bodice and 3/4 dolman sleeves Below the bodice, the waist fastens with a snap and there is a center metal 3/4 zipper up front of skirt The circle skirt is full, sweeping and floor length The dress is unlined Large black and rhinestone button up front bodice, 3/4 zip up skirt with snap closure at waist Belt loops on sides, but no belt included. (I wore a black patent skinny belt) Side pockets on skirt *There is damage (holes) on the right side of skirt. The cause of the holes is unknown and were present when I purchased the dress. With the skirt being so full and the vibrant colors and pattern, the damage is not very noticeable. See photos. May show other signs of wear, indicative of use and age. 100% acetate Measurements are flat and approximate: read description and see photos Tag says size 12, but current sizing is really a 4, so check the measurements Waist is size 2-4, bust is 4-6 (I am approximately 32B to 34A and the bust is big on me) Pit to pit: 16" Waist: 12-1/2"-13" Sleeve 3/4: 20" from shoulder bottom of sleeve Length from shoulder to hem: 56-1/2" Skirt bottom measures almost: 70" across
