Gallagher, 1970's -80's black, red, white vest. the perfect vest for hoildays, Christmas or work. In great condition. No flaws. Has knit rolled closure with buttons. Ribbed in back. Not sure what fiber the penguins are made with, but it appears to be either Angora or Alpaca. This vest is very fuzzy! Please be aware that the penguins shed a little! :) Approx.
