Vintage ReFashioned Pale Blue and Floral dress

This dress’s neckline has been altered, and the skirt has been shortened (judging by the interior.) Comes with a matching removable belt and matching flower pin. True sky blue faux satin bodice and belt. Skirt is a blue, white, and yellow floral overlay. Super cute. Happy to provide true measurements on a sized out mannequin if needed. Such a happy little dress ❤️❤️vintage size 16, probably closer to a modern 10-12. Small stain on one side of the belt (see picture)
