Vintage “Red Denim” Jean Shorts - Fits like a 4

I got these at a vintage sale without trying them on, and unfortunately they are too small. The size tag says 9/10, but they definitely fit more like a 2-4. I can usually fit into size 4-6 jean shorts, and these are just slightly too tight. I wish I could keep them. There are two spots on the back left side under the pocket: one little stain and one little tear. See pics. Also, I think the best color match would be the picture where I’m showing the inside label up close with the size tag. Please note I have a cat but do my best to remove all fuzz and hair before shipping.
