@glampam60 Hi Pam, I appreciate you stopping by! Yes it does. Photos 11 and 13 show the small piece of metal on the top that secures over the bottom piece. The hinge on the opposite side is not spring fed to auto close. The piece is heavy for its small size. Interested? 😊
