Vintage Red Maxi Dress

Gorgeous vintage maxi dress. The bust of the dress has these lettuce edge ruffles that go down and flow out from the waist where there is a string that ties at both sides of the waist. It’s open backed with two straps, one mid back and one at the lower back that button together. It’s in great condition, but the size tag is missing. It runs about a M. The Jack Hartley brand tag is intact though. Measurements are 13”in across the waist, 42”in long starting at waist, and 17”in armpit to armpit.
