Vintage Red & Off-White Tulle Skirt Petticoat

This is a must buy if you are into historical garments. The skirt is difficult to age because the style seems from the 50s but the materials, the liner in particular, look and feel much older than that. There is visible wear and tear and weathering, particularly in the liner and at the waist line. Metal hook fastener. 25" waist measurement.
