Vintage Red Tartan Mini Skirt

Vintage red tartan mini skirt structured like a kilt with pleats, edges frayed down the length of the skirt, and wrap style with button closures. This plaid is a classic, perfect for the holidays with a turtleneck and tights or grunge it up riot grrrl style by pairing with combat boots. There are no tags, so I'm guessing this skirt was handmade. The material feels like wool or at least a wool blend. Measurements: 26” waist 17.5” length
