Vintage Red Tartan Plaid Rayon Jacket Top Velvet Trim 80’s Style Small 4 6

Nice vintage women’s blouse/jacket. Size and fabric tag is missing, but seems to be rayon and about a small- 4/6- please see measurements. Pretty red, black and yellow plaid, shoulder pads, pointed bottom front, like a vest, black velvet collar, gorgeous black buttons with a gold crest on them, ties in the back. So 70s/80s!!
