Vintage Red V Neck Padded Shoulder 3/4" Sleeve Shift Dress Size 8?

This is an adorable vintage dress from the 70's or 80's that has shoulder pads!So cute on.I am guessing it is an 8 because it just fits me.Measurements are in the photos!3/4" button sleeves.
