Vintage 80's does 50's Made in the U.S.A. Red and White Candy Striped, Button Top, Fit and Flare Dress with Pockets. This dress has plenty of room up top with its accommodating Batwing design 3/4 sleeves. This dress has shoulder pads. The waist is elastic and has stretch to about 18" lying flat. The dress still has the original belt hoops where the original belt fits. The dress is beautiful! This dress is in good vintage condition. Please see photos for peeling peeling on the inside of the belt. Three of the belt holes are visibly worn from use over the years. There is a patch on the front of the dress where someone tried to remove a spot. The area is slightly faded and there is a spot where the fading is. See photos for more information. Finally, on the right side of the dress, where one of the belt loops is, the loop itself is beginning to fray. Where the fray is, there is a separation in the seem that can be remediated with a quick stitch to the seem. ********
